Love Conan The Movie Book ~ Meitantei Conan Official Fanbook (This is Animation). This is the 3rd Love Conan mook. Other two been great for anime and manga images, character profiles, pairings/couples (real and not but all MXF) This came out the other week (when the movie did).

Love Conan Movie Seal Book out today (26th) in Japan. Book of stickers this time (there have been 2 other seal books but it'sbeen 4 years since the last one) with images from the movies (all not sure) including some shots from movie 12. 500Yen.

The 12th movie 2nd shitajiki is out (other movie goods (only can get at the theatre) I have no idea about this year. *sigh* Can't find a link (with all the links that are on the JP Movie official page) and person I'd normally ask to snag a few things has been swamped so haven't wanted to impose upon.
Usually the 2nd shitajiki has a collage of images from the film... this doesn't so bit disappointed. It's cute-ish but... Ok, 11th movie 2nd board didn't have a collage either (yeah for dead memory cells). Can see it here (not my images).

殉職 = Jyunshoku = Killed in the Line of Duty = me thinking bye bye Akai but... can't be, right? This episode and since ep 495 says AO (anime original) ... if Akai's last (that we are aware of) act is this then should definitely be manga based... of course doesn't help I'm not current with either the manga or anime.

Well, this one I could watch as it's from manga 50-51... been waiting for the anime version ever since the manga was out. ^^; Great guest seiyuu cast: Hayami Sho, Seki Tomokazu, Hisakawa Aya... all of which have done roles in other Conan episodes over the years.

FULL COLOUR, and very much more image than text.

Love Conan the Movie (this is the second one, other one came out when the 9th movie did. That one was bigger in size and had more pages). Main characters in the movies guide, a page of seals, 4 character "cards", love in Conan (couples), some plot/story of each movie and some other extra/bonus bits: 78pages, bit bigger than a standard JP manga.

( Bright pink and lime green really don't suit Conan... )

Shonen Sunday Official Guide: Theatrical Conan All Character File is manga size, 162 pages. EVERY character in movies 1-10 is covered. Movie poster art and the chirashi (flyers) given and the movie plots and all the gadgets, an encyclopedia/dictionary of terms indicative of the Conan realm, main seiyuu interviews.

Anime thought for the day: In the first 4 episodes of Lovely Complex, go from start of summer vacation of first year high school to April, start of second year of high school. Meanwhile, in the entire Prince of Tennis TV series and OVA, have gone from April to ... August? Sept? only. But then the bend time rule winner is Conan at 11years, 470+ episodes and while the seasons come and go, no one grows.

Was starting to wonder if there would be one this year ... will be on DVD again. Form to send in will be available in SS issues #15-25. Cost to get the DVD (R2 only) is 1,080Yen (plus the SS issue cost and to mail the form in and whatever need to bribe friend in Japan to do it). May 30th is the deadline by which to get the form sent in. The DVD will start being sent out in April sometime. 25 minutes, original story. Title this time is:

Okie, just watched Black Lagoon ep1 ... couple voices nagging at me ... go check entry at ANN ... was thinking the female with blonde hair was seiyuu that did Neptune but no, it's Mami Koyama ... Miki in City Hunter and Esmerodo in Sailor Moon R and ... and ... !!!! ... Sharon Vineyard (Detective Conan) ... which when I stop to think of the roles ... yes, it is ... just never put it together ^^;
